FAQ’s

Your tyre size is listed on the sidewall of your current tyres and in your vehicle’s owner manual. If you’re unsure, our tyre specialists can confirm the correct size for your vehicle.

Tyres should be replaced when tread depth is worn, cracking or damage is visible, or handling and grip noticeably decline. Our team can inspect your tyres and advise if replacement is required.

Wheel balancing ensures the weight of the tyre and wheel is evenly distributed. This helps reduce vibration, improves ride comfort, and prevents uneven or premature tyre wear.

Tyre pressure should be checked at least once a month and before long trips. Maintaining correct pressure improves safety, fuel efficiency, and tyre lifespan.

Not all punctures can be repaired. If the damage is within the tread area and hasn’t affected the tyre’s structure or sidewall, a repair may be possible. Sidewall damage or large punctures usually require tyre replacement for safety.
